Spring 2018 Season:
Important note regarding our Travel program:
For our Travel program, early registration is required to allow time for team formation and meet the BAYS placement deadline in January. Please do not register your child if it is your intent to withdraw them at a later date.
Registrations received after the deadline will be placed on waiting list with placement subject to availability. If we are unable to place your child on a team, your registration will be refunded.
Please note that players must live in or attend school in Dedham in order to play in the DYS Travel program.
Commitment for our Travel program:
- Our Travel teams generally practice twice a week for about 60 to 90 minutes per practice.
- DYS is a member of the BAYS league which consists of 10 games that are played on Saturdays.
The following fees apply to both our Town and Travel programs:
$100.00 for one player
$275.00 maximum for family if registered on time. At time of late fee, the family maximum no longer is in effect.
Grade 10 & Grade 12 Programs are $50.
Little Kickers program is $50.
Registrations received after the deadline above are subject to a nonrefundable $25.00 late fee. We will try and place all players, but cannot guarantee placement.

SPRING TEAM CHANGES:
The spring soccer season sometimes means that DYS needs to make some changes to teams. The switch from fall to spring usually results in a drop in registrations. When this situation occurs team consolidations will sometimes happen. Though this can be a hassle and players may feel they are being moved based on ability that is not the case. We try to ensure the fewest number of players change teams as possible. These changes are made only to ensure we have enough players on each team, and that each player is placed as close to their skill level as possible. If for some reason your child is part of a consolidated team and you have questions please contact us.
Thanks for your co-operation, understanding, and support of Dedham Youth Soccer.
