In-Town Soccer Referees (Grades 6–8)
Our in-town soccer referees, made up of 6th to 8th grade students, play an important role in ensuring a fair and enjoyable game for all players. These young referees are trained to enforce the rules, maintain safety, and promote good sportsmanship on the field. By stepping into this leadership role, they gain valuable skills in communication, decision-making, and teamwork while contributing to the positive atmosphere of our local soccer community. We’re proud to support and develop the next generation of soccer leaders!
BAYS-Sanctioned Travel Referees (High School & Adults)
Our BAYS-sanctioned travel referees, made up of high school students and adults, are essential to maintaining the integrity and fairness of every game. These referees are trained and certified to uphold the standards set by the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) league, ensuring that matches are played according to the rules and in a safe, respectful environment. With their leadership and knowledge of the game, they help foster a positive atmosphere for players, coaches, and spectators alike. We deeply appreciate their dedication to supporting the sport and ensuring a high level of competition and sportsmanship in our travel program.

Upholding the Zero Tolerance Policy & Respect Campaign
Our travel referees are committed to enforcing the Zero Tolerance Policy and supporting the Respect Campaign to ensure that all players, coaches, and spectators have a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience. By strictly adhering to these standards, referees help prevent misconduct and promote positive behavior on and off the field. The Zero Tolerance Policy ensures that any form of abuse, aggression, or unsportsmanlike conduct is not tolerated, while the Respect Campaign fosters an environment of mutual respect and fair play. With their leadership and professionalism, our referees play a key role in keeping the game safe and enjoyable for everyone involved.
