DYS conducts all registration through a secure online registration process hosted by AdminSports. You may also copy and paste https://secure.adminsports.net/dedhammasoccer into a web browser to get to the registration site.
Note: If you are a returning coach or interested in coaching, please make sure you check the Coaching/Volunteer box during your registration. If you have completed registration and want to volunteer afterward, simply log back in to the system and hit the volunteer button on your family’s home page.
SPRING 2024 SEASON REGISTRATION
TOWN = Grades Kindergarten through Grade 3
• Registration= Open Now
• $100 per child
• Register by January 11th
• Late Fee starts January 12th
• Waitlist starts Thursday February 1st
• DYS will try to place all late signups, however No guarantee of spot if registered on or after February 1st
• 3rd grader note – The TOWN program is for 3rd graders who are new in the spring or who played TOWN in the fall of 2023
• Games start Saturday April 6th.
• Practices begin approx. 1 to 2 weeks before games
TRAVEL Grades – Grade 3 through Grade 8
• Registration= Open now
• $130 per child
• Register by January 11th
• Waitlist and Late Fee starts January 12th
• No guarantee of spot if registered on or after Tuesday January 9th
o DYS will try to place all late signups
• 3rd grader note – The TRAVEL program is for 3rd graders who played on a travel team in the fall of 2023
• First Game is Saturday April 6th.
• Practices will start approx..1 to 3 weeks before games
• Expected last game of regular season is Saturday June 8th (playoffs afterwards)
High School Age TRAVEL Grades – Grades 9 through 12 and Class of 2023 graduates
• Registration- Open Now
• $75 per player
• Register by Monday February 5th, 2024
• Waitlist starts Tuesday February 6th, 2024
• Depending on enrollment, there may be teams of all grades (9th through 12th) or there may be teams of 9th and 10th and separate teams of 11th through 12th
• Young adults who graduated HS in 2023 AND who are born in 2004 or later and are local and interested may play on older team as a “Post-Grad”
• To comply with federal law, interested players who turn 18 years or older on or before 6/30/2024 MUST complete adult safety and SafeSport training requirements in order to participate in game or practice. Details will be sent once registration is complete in February 2024
• First game is Sunday April 21st
• Last game is Sunday June 9th
PRESCHOOL KICKERS
• Registration opens Friday, March 1, 2024
• DYS will offer sessions at 9AM, 10AM, and 11AM.
• If interest, a 12 PM session may be added
• $75 per child
• No late fee, but spots fill up fast. Most sessions will be capped at 22 children.
• Waitlists will be formed but should not by counted on for a spot.
• To be eligible, child must be 4 years old by 4/1/2024
• New and returning preschool children are welcome!
Residency/School and Age Requirements
**For Kindergarten through High School
All registered players must either live in Dedham OR attend school in Dedham
**For our Preschooler Program (a/k/a “PreSchool Kickers”).
All registered preschoolers must either live in Dedham OR have an older sibling who attends school in Dedham. In addition, please note that for FALL 2023, all preschool participants must turn 4 years old on or before September 1, 2023. No exceptions.
*** Attending Preschool or Daycare in Dedham by itself is not sufficient to qualify for residency purposes. Our PreSchool Kickers program is very popular, and due to space and insurance requirements, we limit it to those families who live in or attend school in Dedham, and to those of a certain age.
