Refund Policy

General Policy
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the club and are generally granted only under the following circumstances:

  • The program or season is canceled by the club
  • A participant withdraws before the start of the program (subject to deadlines)
  • A medical issue prevents participation (doctor's note may be required)
     

Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees (such as processing fees, insurance, or administrative costs) may be non-refundable.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via email or through our website with your registration details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10–15 business days.

Partial Refunds
Once a season or program has started, partial refunds may be considered on a pro-rated basis, minus administrative costs.
